We are looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development professional to expand Catnip’s client base, strengthen strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a balance of market research, client engagement, solution selling, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise, banking, and manufacturing sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement).
Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches aligned with Catnip’s AI and automation solutions.
Work closely with the technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure client needs are translated into impactful solutions.
Drive partnerships with OEMs and technology vendors (NetApp, IBM, Nutanix, Dell, etc.) to create joint GTM strategies.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through pipeline management and strategic account planning.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in AI, cloud, automation, and infra solutions.
Represent Catnip at industry events, conferences, and customer forums.
Qualifications:
3–8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in IT, Cloud, or Enterprise Tech solutions.
Strong knowledge of AI, automation, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation domains.
Proven track record in B2B sales, solution selling, and enterprise account management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and deliver under deadlines.
Strong network in banking, manufacturing, and enterprise sectors is a plus.
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, Technology, or related field.
