Certifications or training in sales, CRM, or insurance are advantageous.
1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, preferably in insurance, healthcare, or financial services.
Experience with CRM-based customer engagement and retention strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English) for professional interactions.
Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to manage customer relationships efficiently.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
