Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and converting leads generated through email marketing campaigns targeting international markets. The candidate must have a strong background in IT services sales, especially in Mobile App Development, and a proven track record of generating and closing leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to and follow up with inbound leads generated via international email marketing campaigns.
Understand client requirements and pitch our Mobile App Development services effectively.
Convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
Communicate with prospects via email, calls, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client needs.
Maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM tools and provide regular reporting to the sales head.
Build long-term relationships with international clients by ensuring excellent post-sale service coordination with project teams.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities in the global mobile app development space.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in an IT services company.
Proven experience in handling and converting international email marketing leads.
Strong knowledge of mobile app development technologies and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).
Comfortable working in different time zones depending on target geography (US, UK, UAE, etc.).
