Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Relationship Manager to manage our existing clients and onboard new ones. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and the capability to work effectively with CRM tools. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. Prior experience in B2B, client servicing, or distribution networks will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Onboard and manage new clients to expand the business network.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure timely follow-ups and address client concerns effectively.
Maintain and update client data using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
