Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive with experience in IT staffing, particularly in handling contractual positions. This role involves actively engaging with US-based Clients, Prime Vendors, and Tier 1 Vendors, generating new business, and nurturing long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for client interaction, and the ability to understand and deliver solutions tailored to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively interact with US Clients, Prime Vendors, and Tier 1 Vendors to understand job requirements and deliver staffing solutions accordingly.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.

• Analyze client requirements and match them with suitable candidates based on technical skills, rate expectations, and geographic preferences.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely submission and quality delivery of candidates for contractual positions.

• Stay updated with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activity to identify new areas of growth.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, candidate submissions, and business development activities in CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT staffing or recruitment, especially focused on contractual roles in the US market.

• Strong expertise in client relationship management and account development.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand technical requirements and identify matching talent.

• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
