As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in connecting with students, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them toward the right educational programs. This is a consultative role that blends counselling with business strategy — not just sales, but student success.
Counsel and convert prospective leads into enrollments
Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic programs
Maintain follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding
Freshers & Experienced candidates passionate about education and sales
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
