What You’ll Do:-
Get to know the company’s goals and help work toward them.
Keep client details updated in our CRM system.
Call clients and handle any callback requests.
Chat with potential customers through email and WhatsApp.
Explain our courses and offerings in a clear and friendly way.
Help turn interested leads into paying customers.
Learn to use our CRM and other tools for daily tasks.
Help with basic computer-related tasks when needed.
What We’re Looking For
Good spoken and written communication skills.
Able to stay calm and focused, even under pressure.
Must have a laptop to work.
Ready to work in a fast-moving startup environment.
Willing to work 6 days a week. You’ll get an off on weekdays (Mon–Fri), but Saturday and Sunday are working days.
