We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and revenue of the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, market insight, and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
Generate leads and convert them into profitable business deals.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Conduct presentations, pitch proposals, and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in e waste management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Any Graduate/Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent).
