Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and project prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, project developers, EPC contractors, and investors.
• Conduct market research on wind energy trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitor activities.
• Lead negotiations and close contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Collaborate with technical, legal, and finance teams to assess feasibility of projects.
• Prepare and present proposals, business cases, and financial models to stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainability standards.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• Fresher / experience both can apply.
• Strong knowledge of wind energy technologies, project development cycles, and policies.
• Excellent negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse market trends and develop growth strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client and project meetings.
