Key Responsibilities
Team Management
Lead, motivate, and mentor the inside sales team to achieve sales targets.
Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure KPIs are met.
Sales & Lead Management
Handle inquiries and leads from Alibaba, Indiamart, inbound leads, and other online platforms.
Qualify, follow up, and convert leads into long-term customers.
Develop upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management.
Identify cross-selling opportunities across different product categories.
Business Growth & Targets
Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Expand market presence and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing and production teams for smooth execution of orders.
Reporting & Analysis
Track sales pipeline and prepare regular performance reports.
Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to improve strategies.
Requirements
Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
4–7 years of experience in B2B business development / inside sales.
Strong knowledge of international trade platforms (Alibaba, Indiamart) and online lead management.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing key accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online sales platforms.
