Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and approach potential clients for staffing and apprenticeship partnerships.
Develop long-term relationships with HR heads, plant heads, and decision-makers.
Schedule and conduct business meetings, presentations, and proposals.
Apprenticeship Program Promotion (NAPS/NATS)
Promote National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) and its benefits to industries.
Onboard establishments for NAPS implementation and manage contract execution.
Coordinate with TPA, BOAT, and MSDE for documentation and compliance.
Staffing Services Development
Understand client manpower requirements and provide tailored staffing solutions.
Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure service delivery.
Negotiate terms and close agreements to maximize profits.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Staffing Services and Apprenticeship Schemes (NAPS/NATS)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record in B2B sales or HR solution sales
Knowledge of apprenticeship compliance, NAPS portal, and subsidy processes
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
