Position: Telesales Executive

Experience Required: 1–3 years in Telesales / Hospitality Sales
We are seeking a Telesales Executive with excellent communication and convincing skills to manage and convert leads generated through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The candidate will play a key role in driving bookings for our hotel and villas by engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and offering the best hospitality solutions.
Handle inbound & outbound calls for leads generated via Meta Ads campaigns.
Understand customer needs (stay purpose, group size, budget, etc.) and offer suitable packages.
Convince & convert leads into confirmed bookings with a customer-first approach.
Maintain a structured lead management system and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with the reservations/operations team to confirm bookings and special requests.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and customer preferences.
Proven experience in telesales / telecalling, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi; additional languages a plus).
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable working with CRM or lead management tools.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
