The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle—from identifying prospects to closing deals—while building and nurturing long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  
  

• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure consistent communication and client satisfaction
  
  

• Manage and optimize the sales pipeline
  
  

• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for competitive advantage
  
  

• Track and report key performance metrics to ensure targets are consistently achieved
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  
  

• 0–3 years of experience in the sales industry (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)
  
  

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  
  

• Experience with CRM tools is preferred
  
  

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  
  

Work Schedule

• Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST
  
  

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  
  

• Week Off: Sunday
