We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at The Entertainment Factory. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.
Present and promote our services to prospective customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business.
Prepare and deliver customized sales pitches based on client needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities.
Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and client feedback.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience Range: 2–5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in the entertainment, events, or media industry).
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
A customer-first approach with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Self-motivated, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
