Proactively follow up with potential leads and clients regarding membership renewals and upgrades.
Maintain accurate records of follow-ups and client interactions using CRM tools or tracking sheets.
Ensure timely reminders and calls for membership expiration, payment dues, and promotional upgrades.
Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries.
Manage reception area and ensure it's tidy and welcoming.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, client registration, billing, and inventory checks.
Monitor gym access and ensure compliance with facility rules and safety guidelines.
Greet all walk-in clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
Explain gym services, membership plans, facilities, and promotions.
Conduct guided tours of the facility to prospective clients.
Convert walk-in inquiries into active memberships by effectively communicating value and benefits.
Handle client objections and close sales professionally.
