We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development efforts across our core verticals—Graphics and Airport Solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, proven client acquisition experience, and a deep understanding of B2B project sales.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in graphics and airport segments.
Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients and government contracts.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts.
Collaborate with the design and project execution teams to align client expectations.
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and bids for tenders.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
Lead and mentor junior sales staff, ensuring consistent performance and growth.
Regularly report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and key metrics to senior leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record in project-based B2B sales, preferably in interiors, graphics, or infrastructure.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Willingness to travel as needed.
