BREW-N-FILL is building the Coffee Community System. We need a hands-on operator who can own Admin + Governance under the CEO’s guidance—licenses, registrations, communications, vendor coordination, basic sales ops, and compliance calendars. No age/degree required. Talent, speed, and a clean portfolio are what we value. If you can keep the company’s engine room running without drama, this role is for you.
Licenses & registrations: Prepare, file, and track renewals/changes for GST, FSSAI, IEC, Trademark, Shops & Establishment, Professional Tax, etc.
Compliance calendar: Maintain a one-page tracker (due date, owner, status, proof link); ensure zero misses.
Communication hub: Draft clear emails/letters; schedule calls; log minutes; follow up until closure.
Sales ops support: Keep a simple CRM sheet updated (lead → quote → invoice → payment); create neat proposals from templates.
Vendor & government liaison: Collect KYC, coordinate site/office visits, submit documents, courier handling.
Docs & SOPs: Keep Drive folders clean; version documents; write 1-page SOPs for recurring tasks.
Payments & records: Prepare payment requests, attach proofs, track acknowledgements & receipts.
Weekly reporting: 30-minute weekly update to CEO (what’s done, what’s blocked, next steps).
Operational tools: Google Sheets/Excel (filters, sort, basic pivot, data validation), Docs, Gmail, Drive.
Documentation: Letter drafting (English/Telugu), meeting notes, checklists, SOPs.
Portals: Comfort using govt/business portals (GST/FSSAI/DGFT/Trademark).
Communication: Crisp phone and email etiquette; proactive follow-ups.
Bonus (nice-to-have): Basic tallying/book-keep, Canva/Figma for simple forms, familiarity with couriers/logistics.
