Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, service, and customer data to identify business trends and areas for performance improvement in compressor and color sorter activities.​

• Gather requirements from sales, service, and technical teams to design smarter workflows and recommend best practices for customer engagement and retention.​

• Develop detailed reports covering sales performance, service turnaround times, customer complaints resolution, and revenue projections.​

• Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions and enhancements for ERP, CRM, or other support systems.​

• Coordinate with sales, service engineers, and back office staff to monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and solutions.​

• Support service team operations through process mapping and analysis of service touchpoints, spare parts management, and warranty processes.​

• Participate in training sessions for new procedures, product launches, and technology rollouts relevant to compressor and color sorter offerings.​

• Perform regular cost-benefit and risk analysis for business process changes in both sales and service delivery.​

• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all critical business processes and SOPs across sales and service teams
