Position: Inside Sales Executive
Experience: Fresher - 1 yr
Location: Elnet Software City, Tharamani (Besides Tidel).
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively research and build a database of hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare institutions that can benefit from ManageMyHealths digitization services.
Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with key contacts such as hospital administrators, CIOs, and medical records managers.
Explain the benefits of converting physical medical records to secure, searchable digital formats through ManageMyHealth highlighting faster access, regulatory compliance, and cost savings.
Qualify leads through structured conversations, understanding decision-making timelines, budgets, and pain points.
Schedule virtual demos or coordinate meetings with senior sales or solution experts for detailed presentations.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses, and follow-ups in ManageMyHealths CRM system.
Work closely with the marketing team for targeted campaigns and collaborate with the field sales team to smoothly hand overqualified opportunities.
Achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and scheduled meetings.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with 0 - 1 year of experience in IT sales, inside sales, lead generation, or B2B sales will be given preference.
Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, Hindi and local languages as applicable.
Ability to engage senior hospital staff confidently over phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Basic understanding of sales processes, and CRM tools is an advantage.
Initiative-taking with good research and follow-up skills.
