Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart and clear communicator to join us as a Business Consultant at our client’s office in Bangalore. In this role, you will work between our clients and our team to understand how the business works, find ways to make it better, and help put those changes in place. You must be good at speaking and writing in both English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and business goals.

• Conduct business analysis and prepare reports and presentations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement business solutions.

• Provide training and support to clients during and after implementation.

• Document processes, workflows, and recommendations.

• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders in English and Hindi.

• Monitor performance and suggest strategies for continuous improvement.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of consulting, business analysis, or client-facing experience preferred.

• Excellent command of English and Hindi – both spoken and written.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in client handling or customer-facing roles.

• Knowledge of business intelligence tools or CRM systems.

• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
