FCC Racing™ is a premier cycling events and performance gear brand, organizing national-level races, selling high-quality cycling products, and building an active community of professional and amateur cyclists. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Developer to drive growth, secure partnerships, and expand FCC Racing’s presence in the sports and lifestyle market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorships.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential sponsors, corporate clients, and industry partners.
Negotiate and close deals that align with FCC Racing’s business goals.
Collaborate with the events team to create sponsorship packages and proposals.
Explore new sales channels for FCC Racing products, including B2B, retail, and e-commerce partnerships.
Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Maintain detailed records of sales leads, client interactions, and agreements.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management (sports or retail industry preferred).
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and build lasting relationships.
Knowledge of sponsorship sales, corporate tie-ups, and retail channel development.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM tools experience is a plus.
