Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, attending trade shows, and utilizing digital platforms.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Generate leads by cold calling.
Sales Presentations: Present products and services to prospective clients, tailoring the pitch to their specific needs and demonstrating the value proposition.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations, present proposals, and close sales deals effectively, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and increase client satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
CRM Management: Record all interactions, leads, and sales activities in the company’s CRM system to ensure data integrity and follow-up actions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and post-sale support.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to management.
