Role & Responsibilities
Team Recruitment & Development
Recruit high-performing Sales Development Managers (SDMs) or Advisors to build a productive sales team.
Conduct onboarding and regular training sessions to develop team capability in life insurance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Team Management & Motivation
Act as a leader and mentor, driving motivation and performance within the team.
Set clear expectations and regularly review individual and team progress against business goals.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve branch-level premium and revenue targets through the team.
Drive upselling and cross-selling of life insurance products.
Monitor and ensure consistent productivity and target achievement.
Business Development & Lead Generation
Support advisors and SDMs in generating leads, networking, and developing their business base.
Identify and explore local market opportunities to grow business volumes.
Retention & Relationship Management
Implement strategies for customer and advisor retention.
Ensure continuous engagement and development of advisors for long-term association.
Branch Expansion & Branding
Drive branch growth through local recruitment drives, business events, and social networking.
Represent the brand positively in the local market.
Monitoring & Reporting
Maintain and share regular MIS/reports on sales performance, recruitment status, and goal tracking.
Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards at all times.
