We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Branch Sales Manager to lead and manage the Home Loan sales operations at our branch. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Home Loan sector, with a proven track record of leading high-performance sales teams, driving business growth, and meeting branch targets.
Lead the branch team to achieve monthly and annual Home Loan sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and referral sources.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives/officers.
Monitor performance metrics and coach team members to improve productivity.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and field visits.
Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations and company policies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Home Loan sales.
At least 2 years of experience in team management or branch leadership.
Strong understanding of Home Loan products, underwriting processes, and customer lifecycle.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
