Job Summary
The Solar Team Leader / Branch Manager is responsible for managing branch operations, driving sales performance, leading the solar sales and installation team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting overall business growth targets. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on field management within the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 1. Team Leadership & Management
Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales and technical team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Allocate tasks and monitor progress on project execution and customer handling.
Maintain a positive and performance-driven team environment.
🔹 2. Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote solar rooftop systems, solar water heaters, and other solar solutions.
Identify potential clients in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
🔹 3. Operations & Project Coordination
Oversee the end-to-end solar project execution process — from lead generation to installation and after-sales support.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
🔹 4. Branch Administration
Manage branch-level finances, budgets, and inventory.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure branch profitability and operational efficiency.
🔹 5. Customer Service & Brand Development
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations professionally.
Represent the company at local events, trade fairs, and business meets.
Promote the company’s brand image and reputation in the assigned territory.

Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Minimum 3–7 years in solar sales, project management, or branch operations.
Proven experience in managing a team and achieving business targets.
