We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead the operations of our Suzuki Two-Wheeler Showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in both Sales and Service functions of a two-wheeler dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning of both sales and service departments.
Drive showroom sales by implementing effective strategies to achieve monthly targets.
Monitor and improve customer service quality and workshop productivity.
Manage a team of sales executives, technicians, service advisors, and admin staff.
Coordinate with Suzuki’s regional office for stock management, campaigns, and compliance.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular business reports.
Ensure showroom hygiene, branding, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed.
