🌟 Job Title: Branch Relationship Executive📍 Location: Mysore, Karnataka, India💰 Compensation: ₹4,80,000 – ₹6,60,000 per annum CTC (Depending on experience)📜 Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and client-focused Branch Relationship Executive (BRE) to join our team in Mysore. This pivotal role acts as the bridge between our customers, sales team, and internal operations. The BRE will ensure outstanding customer satisfaction, drive operational efficiency, and maintain strict accountability for all branch cash and administrative functions.🔑 Key Responsibilities and DutiesThis role is structured around four primary pillars:I. Client & Sales Relationship Management * Customer Tracking & Escalation: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Track customer feedback, manage client complaints, and efficiently handle all service escalations to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution. * Sales Coordination: Closely coordinate with the Sales Executive (SE) and sales team to process new orders, manage client documentation, and provide administrative support required to close deals. * Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell company products/services to existing clients based on their needs.II. Cash and Financial Operations * Cash and Bills Handling: Take full responsibility for managing daily branch cash, incoming payments, and petty cash transactions. * Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of all financial transactions, matching cash/cheque deposits with billing records, and reporting any discrepancies. * Administrative Finance: Process vendor invoices, track operational expenses, and maintain accurate financial records for reporting to the central accounting team.III. Team & Office Operations * Team Motivation: Proactively engage with and motivate the branch team to maintain high energy, focus, and adherence to service standards. * Daily Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day office operations, including managing inventory of office supplies, handling vendor communications, and ensuring the branch environment is professional and compliant. * Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports on customer satisfaction, cash flow, and sales coordination status for branch management.📝 Qualifications and Requirements * Experience: [Insert Minimum Years of Experience, e.g., 2-5 years] of proven experience in Customer Service, Operations Coordination, or a similar role, ideally within a financial, retail, or service-oriented branch environment. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. * Critical Skills: * Mandatory: Proven experience in cash handling and financial reconciliation. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Kannada. * High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with CRM software. * Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. * A proactive and positive attitude with demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and motivate team members.
