Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Executive to join our Gold Loan Division. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, promoting gold loan products, ensuring smooth loan processing, and driving business growth while maintaining service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their financial needs.

* Promote and explain gold loan products to potential customers.

* Achieve monthly sales targets through lead generation and effective follow-ups.

* Ensure accurate documentation, KYC verification, and compliance with company policies.

* Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

* Cross-sell other financial products offered by the company.

* Maintain proper records of customer interactions and loan processing.

* Collaborate with the branch team to achieve overall business objectives.

Job Requirements :

* Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in any discipline.

* Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (experience in financial services or gold loan sector preferred).

* Age: Up to 34 years.

* Gender: Male

* Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

* Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
