Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role of Assistant Manager at Axis Bank located in Bangalore. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the branch manager in the day-to-day operations and Branch Service of the branch, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Ø Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ø Experience in managing teams/independently managing operations
Ø Expertise in financial analysis, financial management, and team management
Ø Good Knowledge of banking products and services
Ø Handling the cash and day to day operations along with cross selling of Retail Liabilities product
Ø Excellent customer service skills & operations
Ø Good communication and presentation skills
Ø Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
Ø Acts as an interface between the bank and the client and is actively involved in Customer service
Ø Attend Internal/External Audit and ensure all audit related deliverables are met
Ø Acquiring business with existing & new client.
