Designation : Telemarketing Executive
Objectives of this role
Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales executive.
Gain a deep understanding of the company’s services and find gaps in the customer’s lives wherein the company’s services fit.
Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the telesales executive skills such as listening, empathy and problem-solving.
Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support as a telemarketing executive.
Responsibilities
Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations.
Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries.
Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role.
Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive.
Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints.
