Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.

• Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve queries, complaints, or provide information.

• Maintain customer data and update records in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.

• Follow communication scripts, company policies, and compliance guidelines.

• Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

• Collaborate with team members to improve performance and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Proven experience in telecalling, customer support, or BPO (preferred but not mandatory).

• Good verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as per requirement].

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and work in rotational shifts (if applicable).

• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
