Min. 2 years of on paper experience as a Team leader as outbound customer service
Recent exp has to be Customer Service
Exp should in Outbound service along with Renewals/upsell will be added advantage
where he has handled a call flow of 100 to 150
Knowledge on Matrix, Attrition control, operation, Team handling
On paper TL experience
Sales Experience
As a TL, he should take calls too as and when required
Maximum total experience - 5.5 years (nothing beyond this)
Day Shift & 2 Rotational off
Qualification - HSC
Salary - Max upto 7 LPA (Approx 55K )+ 2 lacs Variables
