Job Title: Team Leader – BPO (Sales)
Location: Nashik (with weekly travel to Mumbai)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage our BPO sales team in Nashik. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, excellent English communication skills, and leadership qualities to guide and motivate the team. The role also requires weekly travel to our Mumbai office for reviews, training, and client meetings.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Handle escalations and ensure high-quality customer interactions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Coordinate with the Mumbai office on business strategies, client updates, and process improvements.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales techniques and communication skills of the team.
Maintain discipline, team morale, and a positive work environment.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales (BPO/tele-sales experience preferred).
Prior experience in handling a sales team or supervisory role is a must.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel to Mumbai once a week.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
