We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead and manage a team of sales executives for Sports For Life. The Team Leader will be responsible for achieving team targets, training and mentoring new hires, and ensuring high performance through motivation and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities:
∙Lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance and motivation to achieve individual and team sales targets.
∙Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
∙Conduct regular training sessions to upskill the team on sales techniques and product knowledge.
∙Handle escalated customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
∙Collaborate with management to forecast sales goals and develop sales plans.
∙Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
∙Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, with at least 6 months in a supervisory or team-handling role.
∙Strong leadership and team management skills.
∙Excellent communication, motivation, and problem-solving abilities.
∙Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∙Good understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.
