Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Executive cum Admin to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing documentation, processing student applications, and promoting our university programs to prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize all administrative documents and records.
Handle data entry and management accurately.
Contact prospective students via calls or emails to provide information about university programs and promote enrollment.
Assist students in the application and admission process, including form processing.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations of admission-related activities.
Support general office administration tasks as required.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic administrative and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Prior experience in sales, admissions, or administration is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
