We are looking for a Associate Team Lead to join our team Talent Ghar Business Services. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in a fast-paced sales environment.
Call and follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
Deliver compelling online product demonstrations.
Maintain follow-ups and build a strong sales pipeline.
Foster strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Identify and address knowledge gaps within the team.
Provide coaching and training to improve team performance.
Recruit and manage the Business Development Associate (BDA) team.
Conduct daily check-ins with the sales team to monitor progress and targets.
Required Experience:
Minimum 2 years in EdTech or SaaS Sales (with at least 6 months in a team-handling role).
Experience in education sales is highly preferred.
Suitable previous roles: Business Development Manager, Associate Team Lead, or Senior Sales Executive.
