We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and effectively presenting our products and services through meetings and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Conduct client meetings, understand customer needs, and present product solutions tailored to their requirements.
Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to potential clients and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on messaging and sales strategies.
Prepare business proposals, quotes, and follow-up reports after client meetings.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and generate leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
