You will play a crucial role in marketing and promoting our services, building client relationship and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibility-

•   Identify and approach potential client in the field to generate new business opportunity.

  Present, explain the services to the prospective clients.

•   Conduct face to face meeting or interaction with the potential client. Understanding their needs.

   

•   Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationship to ensure repeat business.

•   Prepare and deliver pitches and presentation for potential client.

  Meet or exceed monthly sales target.

Required skill:

• Sales and marketing skill-

  Strong understanding of sales process, with proven success in sales or marketing role.

   

• Communication skill-

  Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to build rapport quickly.

   

• Negotiation skill-

  Ability to negotiate and close the deals effectively.

• Industry knowledge-

  Basic understanding of real estate business and services.

• Client relationship management-

  Strong interpersonal skill with a client centric approach.

• Time management-

  Ability to plan ,prioritize and manage time effectively while in the field.

   

• Preferred skill-

  Experience in B2C field sales.
