Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage secured loan
sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through secured lending
products such as Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loans, and Business Loans (secured). This role
requires strong market knowledge, client relationship skills, and the ability to drive a high-
performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for secured loan products.
Generate leads through market visits, channel partners, DSA/connector networks, and
customer referrals.
Manage the end-to-end loan process including sourcing, documentation, coordination with
credit and operations teams, and disbursement follow-ups.
Recruit, train, and supervise the performance of the loan sales team.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide solutions as per their financial
requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in secured loan sales (LAP, Home Loans, etc.).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team management.
Strong knowledge of loan documentation, credit processes, and underwriting parameters.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings.
Familiarity with financial regulations and lending guidelines.
