Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Manage existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Support in preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
Handle customer inquiries, negotiate deals, and close sales under guidance of Sales Manager.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Train, guide, and monitor sales executives/representatives in achieving their targets.
Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relations.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.
