Alfen Systems Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality aluminium doors and windows, is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales and expand our market presence in Jaipur and surrounding regions. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for aluminium doors and windows.
Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for aluminium doors and windows.
Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and acquire new clients, including architects, builders, contractors, and individual customers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the aluminium fenestration industry.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, site visits, cold calling, and participation in industry events or exhibitions.
Quotation and Negotiation: Prepare and present quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
Customer Support: Address client queries, provide product demonstrations, and offer technical guidance on aluminium doors and windows.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare regular sales reports, and provide insights to senior management.
Brand Promotion: Represent Alfen Systems Pvt. Ltd. at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote our products and services.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the aluminium doors and windows industry or related construction/building materials sector.
Skills:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of aluminium fenestration products and their applications.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel within Jaipur and nearby regions as needed.
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
Familiarity with the local construction and real estate market in Jaipur is a plus.
