Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Promote and explain loan products (Business Loan, Personal Loan) to customers.
Assess client requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure smooth loan disbursement.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
Keep updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, and collection) for loan approvals and disbursements.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in loan sales, banking, or financial services (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Good knowledge of financial products, especially business and personal loans.
