Role Description

This full-time and on-site role, located in Sikar, is for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, maintain relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. The role involves managing a sales team, analyzing market trends, conducting sales forecasts, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills

• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies

• Market Analysis and Trend Analysis skills

• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Previous experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
