The Area Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets and managing the sales operations in a designated area.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve area targets.
Supervise and support a team of sales representatives or territory managers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team for improved performance.
Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution.
Preferred Candidate:
Graduation is required.
2+ years of sales experience.
Must have own bike and valid driver's license.
