Job Title: Sales Field Officer – Cattle Feed

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager
Job Purpose
To drive sales and promote cattle feed products by building strong relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets for cattle feed products in the assigned area.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with farmers, dairy cooperatives, and distributors.
Conduct field visits to educate farmers about cattle nutrition, feed benefits, and product usage.
Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and veterinary professionals.
Organize farmer meetings, product demonstrations, and awareness programs.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline with customers.
Provide regular market feedback, competitor analysis, and sales reports to management.
Monitor dealer/distributor stock levels and ensure proper supply chain management.
Support after-sales service and address customer queries effectively.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Agriculture, Dairy Science, Veterinary Science, or any related field (preferred).
06–8 years of sales experience in cattle feed, agri-inputs, or veterinary products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas.
Knowledge of cattle nutrition and dairy farming practices will be an added advantage.
