Job Title: Sales Officer – Bulk Tiffin Services

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Officer to generate and grow bulk business for our tiffin service. The ideal candidate will identify and pursue corporate clients, hostels, PG accommodations, institutions, and other large-scale customers who require regular meal solutions. Your role will focus on lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management to meet sales targets and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new bulk business opportunities (e.g., offices, schools, factories, hostels, co-working spaces).
Develop and execute outreach strategies (cold calling, networking, site visits, social media).
Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Conduct product presentations and sampling sessions for potential bulk clients.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms in line with company guidelines.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing bulk clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Track sales activities and report performance regularly.
Requirements:
1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the food, hospitality, or FMCG sector.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Familiarity with local market and potential bulk buyers is a plus.
Must have own vehicle and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Experience in selling to institutional clients or managing corporate accounts.
