As a Territory Sales Officer (TSO) at WOX (Energy Drink Company), you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration of our energy drink products in designated territories. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, managing key accounts, and ensuring consistent revenue generation. The Territory Sales Officer will work closely with the sales team, Super Stockist, Distributors, and retailers to achieve sales targets and uphold the company's brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Implementation:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
· Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the assigned territory.
· Analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to formulate effective sales plans.
Customer Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Channel Partners/Distributors/retailers.
· Conduct regular visits to key accounts, distributors, and retailers to ensure product availability and visibility.
Sales Promotion and Marketing:
· Plan and coordinate promotional activities, events, and product demonstrations to drive brand awareness and sales.
· Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, POS materials, and promotional campaigns.
· Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
· Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to management.
· Forecast sales volumes, track inventory levels, and coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure adequate product supply.
· Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.
Training and Development:
Conduct training sessions for sales staff, Super Stockiest, distributors, and retailers to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales team members to improve their performance and productivity.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
· Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Preferably good in Microsoft Office suite and CRM/SFA software.
· Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
