We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Head to lead and expand our import-export business across global markets. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth in the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business growth strategies.
Identify new clients (distilleries) for supply of rice and maize.
Build and maintain relationships with buyers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of business operations.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and regulatory changes.
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales and growth targets.
Should be willing to travel extensively for business development.
Ability to bring in leads (ethanol/alcohol manufacturing distilleries) for the growth of business
THE CANDIDATE WILL MAINLY HANDLE THE NORTH OF INDIA.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business, or related field.
10+ years of sales and business development experience preferably in agro commodities and FMCG sectors.
Strong market knowledge and proven success in closing business deals.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
