Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our team. The role

involves guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, providing

accurate information about courses, eligibility, admission procedures, and career prospects.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a

passion for education and helping students make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents through inbound and outbound calls, emails,

walk-ins, and online platforms.

• Understand and explain academic programs, eligibility criteria, admission procedures,

and career pathways.

• Follow up with leads to ensure successful admissions.

• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM

system.

• Coordinate with internal departments for scheduling interviews, entrance tests, and

onboarding processes.

• Assist in organizing admission events, webinars, and campus visits.

• Meet or exceed admission targets set by the management.

• Stay updated with industry trends, course offerings, and competitive institutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Prior experience in admissions, counselling, or education sales is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
