एडमिशन काउंसलर

Candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the music school branch, ensuring smooth functioning of classes, handling student and parent queries, managing the admissions process, and coordinating with faculty and management. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills to create a professional yet welcoming environment for students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:Admissions & Student Onboarding

• Calling parents and Students for Admissions

• Manage the complete student admission process, from enquiry handling to enrollment.

• Conduct counseling sessions for prospective students and parents.

• Provide accurate course/program information and guide them in selecting suitable classes.

• Maintain admission records, student data, and fee collection updates.

• Coordinate with academic counselors/teachers to schedule demo classes and assessments.

Branch Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day functioning of the branch, including scheduling and resource allocation.

• Ensure classrooms, musical instruments, and other facilities are well-maintained and ready for use.

• Manage staff and faculty attendance records.

• Handle administrative tasks like documentation, reports, and communication with head office.

• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient functioning of the branch.

Student & Parent Relationship Management

• Act as the first point of contact for students and parents regarding queries, issues, and feedback.

• Ensure a positive experience for students by maintaining a supportive and disciplined environment.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with parents on student progress and engagement.

Finance & Compliance

• Manage fee collection, receipts, and timely deposits.

• Maintain accurate financial records in coordination with the accounts department.

• Ensure compliance with institutional policies, safety standards, and local regulations.

• Gurgaon South City II, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
